A catalyst for change in the lives of others, Veronica founded Holistic Living Now in 2003 to inspire fellow professionals to eliminate frustration around unfulfilled career, health and personal goals.  As her practice grew, she became focused on family wellness.

Veronica is a walking example of her philosophy. She passionately supports adults and kids to improved health, one spaghetti squash at a time! Use her skilles to create your own tailor-made private cooking session. Enroll in her Feed Your Children Well Program and bring good nutrition to your whole family. Enlist her help with a kitchen re-org so you are both inspired and empowered to create healthy meals at home.......Or, get informed by reading one of her educational articles, then catch her at her next wellness event.  All your holistic health bases are covered when you rely on Veronica’s solid guidance and support.

At the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Veronica serves the Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology communities as Holistic Health Educator and Cooking Instructor, where she is part of I.M.P.A.C.T. - Integrated Medicine and Palliative Care Team.

It is amazing what one can accomplish when guidance, support and encouragement are in place.

Veronica also teaches wellness at the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention,  Union City High School and GEMS (Girls Education and Mentoring Services).

Her education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the State University of New York. Veronica is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and graduated from the Fast Track program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is now the worlds largest nutrition school.

Landmark Education has also shaped Veronica and lead her to community activism.  She completed Landmark’s Curriculum For Living, which culminated in The Miracle on West 104th Street Community Block Party, her Self Expression and Leadership Project. It is an event that ran for three years and continues in an abbreviated form at the West 104th Street Community Garden, where she served on the Steering Committee for five years.

Veronica has been an officer with D.E.B.N.A. (Duke Ellington Boulevard Neighborhood Association) since 2004 where she collaborates with neighbors to address community concerns regarding housing, safety, nutrition and the quality of life in the Manhattan Valley.
